Made-to-Order Crafting
All Lucky Life bracelets are made to order. We do not stock or pre-string bracelets, particularly those with elastic cords. This ensures proper fit, fresh materials, hygienic handling, customization, and sustainability.
Definitions
Standard Made-to-Order. Catalog designs assembled after an order is placed. Eligible for the thirty-day exchange policy.
Custom or Personalized. Non-catalog designs, alternative stone combinations, engravings, or special sizing. All real 18K and 24K gold items fall under this category. These items are not refundable and are eligible for exchange or repair only.
One-Year No-Fade Guarantee on 18K Electroplated Hardware
Our 18K gold plating over stainless steel is designed to resist Philippine humidity, perspiration, and daily wear.
- Coverage. Tarnish, peeling, or fading within twelve months is replaced free of charge.
- Procedure. Provide a clear photo and your order number.
- Limitations. Coverage applies to normal use. Damage from bleach, chlorine, cleaning agents, or perfumes is excluded.
- Disclosure. Some designs include brass or alloy accents that may tarnish naturally. These are declared in product descriptions and not covered.
- Shipping. Customers handle shipping, unless the issue is a manufacturing defect or courier damage at delivery.
Disclaimer: Tarnish-prone materials are always disclosed in the product description. Chemical damage is not covered.
Lifetime Free Restring on Elastics and Shamballa Strings
Your bracelet will never be left unstrung. Options available:
- Showroom Visit. Free on-the-spot restring at our QC showroom.
- Return by Shipping. Free restring, customer covers shipping both ways.
- DIY Kit. For far locations, we can send a restring kit. Customer pays only for shipping.
Disclaimer: Each bracelet is entitled to one free restringing or DIY kit per year.
Authenticity Guarantee
All gemstones are natural and responsibly sourced. We do not sell dyed quartz, glass represented as stones, or plastic substitutes.
- Coverage. If a certified gem lab or gemologist confirms a stone is not authentic, we refund the full purchase price.
- Documentation. Must include official lab report or certificate. Pawnshop appraisals or uncertified jeweler assessments are not accepted.
- Limitations. Refund covers the jewelry piece only, not third-party testing costs.
- Shipping. Customer handles return shipping.
Authenticity Disclaimer
We do not issue certificates to keep prices affordable and because we are not a gemological laboratory. Customers may seek independent certification. If accredited results prove inauthenticity, we will refund the purchase.

- Customers are responsible for shipping in most cases, except for defects, out-of-the-box damage, or courier mishandling.
- Designs may include glass, resin, or non-gem beads. These are declared in the product description.
- Natural stones vary in shade, inclusions, and pattern — this is proof of authenticity.
- 18K and 24K gold Pixiu charms may differ slightly depending on supplier availability. All are genuine gold.
- Hand-cut gemstones may vary by ±0.3 mm in size.
